We work with the most advanced and efficient renewables technologies - for you and for generations to come.

About us

As a planning company for regenerative energy systems, we develop highly efficient so-called anergy systems (e.g. cold local heating) to supply new neighbourhood projects as well as asset-optimising, green refurbishment concepts for existing buildings that pay off without rent increases.

We offer our customers energy services (planning, conception, consulting as well as subsidy consulting for energy-efficient construction and energy-efficient refurbishment) and cooperative contracting models designed to reduce building-specific CO2 emissions to a minimum while using the least amount of resources.

Our clients include architects, property developers, building services planning offices, the municipal and private real estate industry and municipal and private energy suppliers.

Let`s collaborate!

The complex energy grids of the future do require cooperation in conception and realisation. Highly motivated partners are thus also part of our success. If you are interested in this joint development work towards a climate-neutral state-of-the-art real estate portfolio, we welcome your interest and look forward to hearing from you.

Our ambition: Always one step ahead

Research and development are key areas of our daily work. Only in this way can we ensure that climate protection and resource conservation are always implemented in the best balance with economic efficiency. In order to do so, we are in close contact with the Green Innovations Leaders.

Our cooperation with research institutions and scientific institutes are essential in this context. We also offer students space and support for their bachelor's or master's theses.

At the "Bayerisches Zentrum für Angewandte Energieforschung" (Bavarian Centre for Applied Energy Research), around 180 researchers work at the overlap between knowledge-based basic research and applied industrial research. They are working on nanomaterials, thermal and electrochemical energy storage, energy-efficient processes, photovoltaics, energy-optimised buildings and urban quarters as well as smart grids and cross-sector energy systems (electricity and heating/cooling).
